HELP--Brand New Garter Snake Babies

Hey all. I have had many types of snakes as pets over the years. Many have had babies while in captivity and I have been successful raising them. Recently , I have had 2 of my garter snakes give birth but I cannot get any of the babies to eat. One is checkered (21 babies) and one is a ribbon (14 babies). I have tried red/black worms, tiny crickets, tiny guppies, and even tiny worms found outside. Any suggestions?
