Now that I've got a Flickr account, my garter snake photos will be turning up there from time to time.

Wed, September 28, 2005 - 8:40 PMThose are some fantastic photos of garter snakes. Back in the Spring (here in Kentucky) the area surrounding my apt. complex was literally crawling with garter snakes. I'm not kidding, with every step I took near a creek, there would be a garter warming up in the early day sun. I've never seen this many garters in my life. Now that the weather is turning cooler again I'm beginning to see them more and more.
